Our new schedule in Turners Falls is such that you must sign up more than 10 days in advance to bring a group to the site. Work days without a group scheduled 10 days in advance will be canceled.
Also, new youth group regulations: Youth groups should not be more than 4 individuals, with 1 or 2 adults. If you have any questions about this, please contact MJ Adams at 413-586-5430 or ed@pioneervalleyhabitat.org when signing up a youth group. |

If you are new to VolunteerUP, here's how to get started:
EVERYONE
Click on the link for VolunteerUP below, then register as a New User (top left hand corner on the calendar page, under Log In). Follow instructions and fill out your information—PLEASE INCLUDE EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBERS! This is the only way we can reach you! Please continue reading below…
INDIVIDUALS
Haven’t volunteered with us before? You MUST sign up for a volunteer orientation before you come to the site. You can sign up on VolunteerUp. We have orientations every first Thursday of the month and every third Saturday, at our office. There are also sometimes special orientations in other locations, but only by request from a group!
Return volunteer? You do not need to attend another orientation, you can go ahead and sign up for a work day. Even if the work day says “Full,” we still welcome individuals IF YOU SIGN UP! You may also sign up for days that say “Sign Up!” or “Group Needed”. If it looks like the work day is restricted, “
GROUPS
Are you the group leader? If so, register for VolunteerUp, just like an individual. You DO NOT need to attend an orientation, but you may if you wish. You can sign up for a work day that says either “Sign Up!” or “Need Group”. Please do not sign up for a day that says “Full”. If someone other than you is going to be there on the day of construction, you must send Jess an email at volunteer@pioneervalleyhabitat.org and give her the appropriate contact information. Or, you can have that person sign up for the day. It is very important that we have information for someone who will be on site.
Are you a group participant? If you are part of a group that has already signed up for a work day, please do not sign yourself up for the day individually.
